Georgia's foreclosure sales, county by county, in one list.
Georgia sells foreclosed property at the county courthouse on the first Tuesday of every month. The notices are public, but they're spread across the legal newspapers of 159 counties. Georgia Signals will gather them into one clean, searchable list.
How Georgia's first-Tuesday sales work
Georgia is mostly a non-judicial foreclosure state. That means the process runs on a fixed public calendar, and every sale is announced in print weeks ahead. Here is the short version.
Default
Most Georgia home loans use a security deed with a power of sale, so the lender can foreclose without a lawsuit.
Notice
The sale notice runs once a week for four weeks in the county's legal newspaper, and the borrower gets notice at least 30 days ahead.
First Tuesday
The sale is held at the county courthouse on the first Tuesday of the month, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
After the sale
The high bidder gets a deed under power. Tax sales work differently: the owner can usually redeem for a period afterward.

Sale notices by county
Each month's foreclosure sale notices, gathered from the legal newspapers into one list you can sort by county and sale date.
Tax sale lists
Upcoming tax sales where a county publishes them, kept separate from mortgage foreclosures because the rules after the sale differ.

Download a list as a spreadsheet for your own research and records.
We'll only list a county once its notices are flowing and checked. Until then every county shows as "coming". See the county list.
